Postmodern "Elegy" (a meditative poem of sorrow) ponders pain close and far. A satellite view reads as crop circles amidst poppy fields, at mid-range the plane becomes bullet-ridden, and close-up hemorrhage screams: witnessed yet unheard, no longer within earshot, yet broadcasted.
